Refund policy
Pre-order Cancellations
You can request a full refund at any time before your order has been processed and shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated or the order has left our facility, the order cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
Bulk Orders & High-Value Orders (Final Sale)
To prevent inventory abuse and ensure product availability for all customers, any single order containing FIVE (5) or more items, or any order with a total value exceeding $100.00 USD, is considered a FINAL SALE.

These orders are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, unless we shipped the incorrect item or the product arrived damaged (see "Damages and Issues" below).
Standard 30-Day Return Policy
For standard orders (under 6 items and under $100.00 USD), we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unopened, with the factory safety seal fully intact, and in its original packaging.
Note: For health and hygiene safety reasons, any dietary supplements (Gummies) that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed are strictly ineligible for a return.
How to Start a Return

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, and the cost of this label plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be discarded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To process a damage claim, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the shipping box/bag, the product labels, and the damage itself.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Opened or unsealed dietary supplements

Orders exceeding $100.00 USD or containing 5+ items (Bulk Orders).

Sale items, promotional items, or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and thoroughly inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days, minus the return shipping costs and the 10% restocking fee.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
